Instructions:

1.  Enter your member information below. When form is complete, click "Submit".  You will receive an email acknowledgment when your form is received.

2.  Submit your membership dues by mailing a check to VGFA, P.O. Box 62, Vinton, IA  52349.  Dues are $ 40/year, prorated by the month, starting in January, so if you join in December, send in $ 3.25 for one month.  Alternatively, if you want to pay with your Paypal account, search/send money to vintonartguild@gmail.com.
