Instructions:

1.  Enter your member information below. Our membership fee is $30/year, prorated by the month.

2.  When form is complete, click "Continue to Payment".

3.  Submit your membership dues with Paypal or by mailing a check to VGFA, P.O. Box 62, Vinton, IA  52349.

4.  If you selected PAYPAL you will be given a 2nd form to complete the process.

5.  You will receive an email acknowledgment when your form is received.
