Tree of Lights
The Tree of Lights campaign is put on each November by the Virginia Gay Hospital Foundation. The key event is a silent auction of seasonal items donated from the community. VGFA is proud to be a donor to this event.

Our 2020 Tree of Lights project was the Tree of Birds. This was a special year as the Tree of Light campaign was actually halted because of the pandemic as the public was encouraged to stay home and stay safe. Several members took home individual canvases, and they all came together in this wonderful creation. As we were not able to submit this for display in the hospital halls, we offered this as an on-line auction, with much success.
For 2019, we selected a 12 pane window, which naturally led us to a 12 Days of Christmas Theme.
